Novalegno has been operating since 1982 and is specialized in the production of finger-jointed semi-finished wooden products for doors, frames, profiles, windows, and various other applications.
For the construction of the new Production and Storage facility, Tesi System managed every phase of the project: from site preparation and foundation works to the supply and installation of prestressed (CAP) and vibrated (CAV) reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The scope also included complementary works such as flooring, asphalt paving, window and door systems, fencing, and technological installations (rainwater collection, first-flush systems, fire protection systems, detention basin, etc.).
TECHNOLOGY:
ALAR roofing system with concrete (CLS) shell compliant with energy-saving regulations.
Roofing membrane with bituminous waterproofing and Aluzink metal cladding on the shells; fixed and operable aluminum-framed windows with multi-chamber polycarbonate panels.
SURFACE AREA:
13,360 sqm total, including 450 sqm of intermediate office floors.
