C.M.P. Srl – Controlli Metrologici di Precisione – is a laboratory specialized in dimensional inspections, capable of addressing the most complex challenges related to measurement, dimensional verification, and the digitalization of components of any shape and type. For this kind of activity, the absence of temperature fluctuations inside the facility is essential to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.

For the construction of the new headquarters—comprising laboratory areas, offices and customer reception spaces, as well as a storage warehouse—Tesi System managed every phase of the project: from site preparation and foundation works to the supply and installation of prestressed (CAP) and vibrated (CAV) reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The scope also included related complementary works such as flooring, asphalt paving, window and door frames, fencing, and technological systems (stormwater collection, first-flush systems, fire prevention systems, detention basin, etc.).

TECHNOLOGY:
TT Beam System

SURFACES:

  • Prefabricated covered area: 959.55 sqm

  • Intermediate prefabricated floors: 388.45 sqm

  • Cast-in-place office area: 307.70 sqm (designed for future vertical expansion with an additional floor)

  • Total built area: 1,655.70 sqm

HEIGHTS:

  • Clear height under intermediate internal floors: 3.50 m

  • Clear height under laboratory roof: 7.25 / 7.35 m

  • Clear height under office slab: 3.40 m (clear height under suspended ceiling: 2.70 m)

One of the most significant achievements of this building concerns its energy performance and thermal insulation levels:

ENERGY CLASS:
A4 – EPgl, NREN 22.25 kWh/sqm per year

THERMAL INSULATION VALUES:

  • Office perimeter wall: 0.170 W/sqmK

  • Office roof: 0.217 W/sqmK

  • Office floor: 0.463 W/sqmK

  • Warehouse roof: 0.220 W/sqmK

  • Warehouse perimeter wall: 0.244 W/sqmK

The project represents a high-performance building solution, combining structural efficiency, energy optimization, and precise environmental control—key elements for a company operating in advanced metrology.
