Sometimes, a simple gesture is enough to change someone’s day. A smile, a word, a presence.
It is with this very spirit that Tesi System decided to embark on a new journey alongside Dynamo Camp, together with the companies of the Gruppo Grigolin: Magnetti Building and Brussi Costruzioni.
Nestled within a nature reserve of over 900 hectares in San Marcello Piteglio (Pistoia), Dynamo Camp is a special place where children and teenagers with serious or chronic illnesses can rediscover the joy of being “simply children.” Every year, more than 2,000 families experience here a free time of carefreeness and renewal, supported by Recreational Therapy programs designed specifically for them.
Not only at the Camp: Dynamo also reaches children elsewhere through the City Camp and Dynamo Programs projects, bringing its positive energy to hospitals, associations, and foster homes.
Tesi System has chosen to support this mission by offering its employees the opportunity to become Dynamo volunteers. The “Dynamìci” are the heartbeat of the Camp: they accompany the young guests during every activity or assist with technical functions, from logistics to horse riding.
The path for those who wish to participate is simple:
- Submit an application
- Attend a selection interview
- Complete the intensive training weekend (provided by Tesi System)
- Experience volunteering with 1.5 paid days off, starting from March/April 2025.
