TT Beams: A technical balance for advanced roofing solutions

The TT Beam system by Tesi System is a roofing solution designed with prestressed reinforced concrete elements. Its structure features two variable-section beams, adaptable to different spans and loads, connected by a flat 5 cm thick slab.
A simple yet high-performance configuration that allows for dual use:
- as a roofing system with a completely flat extrados, capable of supporting heavy loads;
- as an intermediate floor element;
The combination with a waterproof and insulating membrane, free of thermal bridges, ensures a walkable surface and impeccable water tightness, making it ideal also for functional terraces.
