An organizational model
for ethical and responsible management

Tesi System has implemented an Organization, Management, and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01, which governs the “administrative liability” of entities for any offenses committed, both in Italy and abroad, by directors, employees, or other individuals acting for the benefit or advantage of the entity.

The Model includes the introduction of organizational safeguards and codes of conduct, operationalized through internal procedures, training programs, and audit/assurance activities. It is subject to continuous updates and improvements to comply with regulatory changes and the company’s organizational evolution.

To ensure the effective application of the Model, a Supervisory Body composed of external professionals has been established. Supporting this activity, bidirectional information flows are provided, both towards the Supervisory Body and from it to the company management.
